Access to Member Services - Accounting?

Not sure if it's related but I tried to pay via credit card online and got an error message saying they could not process payment at this time. I tried to call Accounting and get a busy signal. This was about 1 hour ago. I am going to give me some time and try again. Good to know I'm not in big trouble until next month - I forgot about the dues (oops) and missed the due date yesterday.

Same here, this is what it says online
With Annual Dues payment processing currently in effect, Online Annual Dues payments will be unavailable starting at 6 p.m. ET on Thursday, January 15 through Saturday, January 17, 2015.

Member Accounting is available during normal operating hours Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET to process payments over the phone.

I will just wait until Sunday and do it online.

Well I just checked my account this morning and no deduction has occurred. I'll check again in a couple of hours and if nothing has happened, I'll call MS. What a pain!

I wouldn't get so wound up about this just yet and waste time on hold with Member Accounting. As others are reporting, the transactions are only just starting to appear. I just checked and my DVC dues payment only just appeared in my list of bank transactions. It's listed as "processing" and is dated Jan 16 (today).

I just went on the website to pay our dues using the Disney Visa and it says online payment is not available 1/15/15-1/17/15. That seems a little odd, since today is the due date. Guess I hang on to our $$ a little longer.

Remember that it's like a mortgage, "due" on one day, but not "late" until another. Dues aren't late until 2/15.

Thanks. I've kind of learned that over the years on these boards. I'm just kind of surprised they would have a scheduled outage on the day that they call the due date.

I called Thursday am and it only took 11 minutes total. I was surprised after reading on here the long waits.

Wondering if you managed to get yours through? I tried again this morning and still got an error. MS is closed for the holiday so I guess i will try tomorrow. It's my own fault as I forgot about dues this year - I usually try and get them done earlier than the last day!! Oh well....

Feb 15th is the last day unless you will be checking in for a reservation between now and then. At one time they expected dues to be paid the earlier of: Feb 15th or a check-in date that occurred between Jan 15 and Feb 15.

ETA: Oops! See erionm's correction below -- the last day is Feb 14, not Feb 15.

Actually, 2/14 is the last day to pay before dues are considered late.

Annual Dues are due on January 15, 2015. Late fees and interest will be assessed after February 14, 2015.

Nope, I tried last night and this morning, both times I got an error. I will have to call tomorrow when they reopen, I meant to do it last week and got side tracked. I hate not paying bills on time, this is killing me. You are not alone !! haha

Your dues are on-time as long as they are paid on or before 2/14/2015.
