Last year when we cruised we used Access America and if you used the "AAA" code, kids were free. For our 7 night cruise we paid $93 for our family of 4.

Does anyone know if that promo is going on again? Or if another Insurance company has a promo going on? I didn't see a promo on the Access America website but didn't know if you called you would get it as I had to call last time.

TIA

Joanna

we just got access america through AAA. The kids were free. We paid more than $93. but, I think that was because the "vacation cost" was higher. It was the 14 day repo. I think it was around $200. (plus, we could be older than you.... DH is 39.) But, the kids were definitely still free...

THANK YOU

I will call Access America tomorrow

Did you call "AAA" to get the insurance? If so, did you book your cruise through them?

Joanna

No, you don't have to book thru AAA but you also can't get the rate online. You need to call AA to get the insurance with the family plan.

We booked onboard and transferred res to agent. She then takes care of the insurance for me. We get the AAA shipboard credit for transferring to her. She is really good. I hear that some others have gotten agents that are less informed. She is a cruise specialist, going on at least 2 cruises a year. I don't think she has done a DCL cruise, but, she knows what to ask, and how to do things!

Thanks LBGraves and JSCT I am going to call them when I get home from work today.
