Does it really work? I exercise and watch what I eat, but the weight just doesn't seem to come off! Sure I've lost a few pounds, but I need better and quicker results than that! Bathing suit season is coming up and my sister is getting married in Vegas in August and I need to get myself into better shape!!! So, I'm looking for something to help me reach my goals. So, if anyone has used this, I would like to know the good, the bad, and the worse; so that I know what I'm getting into or if I should just forget about it. TIA!!
