Abs Diet Online - Anyone Cancel thru email

I just called to cancel and sat on hold for about 10 minutes.

Then a recording came on and told me to call back between 2pm or 4pm or send an email to

absdietonlinecancel@rodale.com


Has anybody gone the email route and gotten a return confirmation?

I haven't done that one specifically but I canceled another offer through the rodale company through email with no problems and rec'd a confirmation. That was the men's health one.

I did it through Sunshine Rewards. I think it is a 10 day trial. I just checked my email account and there is a cancellation confirmation in there.

did anyone have any issues since cancelling these offers through email (ie still charging your card after cancelling??) I am desperate on TT and wanted to try one of their offers with this company but am scared to death.

Nope no problems with mens health trainer. If you do decide to cancel though I would email them a few days before your trial is up just to give yourself a cushion that if they don't get back to you then you have time still to call. Not like you would probably have to worry about that since they got back to me when they opened next day.

I think too that sometimes it is better to email if you want to cancel then call because then you have proof that everything was canceled. So if you have to dispute a charge later then you can verify everything was canceled on time, etc.

Thanks. I'm interested in seeing what the abs diet is all about so I'm going to give them a try. It just seems a tad pricey at the moment but if its worth it I might keep it.
