Above the bed

What sorts of photos do you hang in your bedroom? Im in need of 3-6 black and whites to go above my new bed (a very old style) and I cant decide what I want for my subject matter. Im totally clueless on this one. There going to be 8 by 10 in size and matted.

I would choose pictures that appeal to you. If you are looking at photographs, trying changing them to B&W to see if it is something that appeals to you enough to hang in your bedroom. If you are looking for a group of pictures, maybe you can find some pictures of the same subject but from different angles, etc.

Personally, we have an outdoor scenery picture in our room - and on a different wall, some pictures of our family.

I know I want to run out and take my own photos but grrr I cant decide on a subject to photograph. I was thinking of making a trip to our zoo and doing animals since the bed seems to have a aminal kindgom lodge feeling (from what ive seen on here). I might do travel photos, cause I love being on vacation. Its just so hard to pick somthing. I mean these photos will be the first thing I see every moring (I have a mirror accrossed from my bed). Im just over thinking. I have another problem too, What color mat do I use?

Shows the colors of the room. The pictures will be black and white (my new thing)

I would use a mat in a shade of brown. Pictures of cats or monkeys would fit the room nicely. Good luck.

Im going to do vacation photos for now at least since my bedroom has a hotel feel going on
