? about Westgate Lakes location

Does anyone know how close Westgate Lakes is to the Orange County Convention Center? We have friends interested in renting b/c they will are attending a convention there and I think Westgate Villas and Town Center are too far away for what they want.

one of the internet site claims that SW is 5 miles from this thing - I find that very hard to believe - I though it was more like 10 miles.

oh Westgate is over and behind SW - less than a mile.

If you could fly it would be just over a mile. You have to go around I-4 though. The shortest would be no more than 4 to 5 miles. You would have to go South out of the Lakes and turn left like you were going to Seaworld. Then another left past the Seaworld parking lots to I drive. We went for A ride late the one night while there was a big convention there. It didn't take long at all. If there was traffic I'm sure that could change.. I think you can see the top of the convention center from WGL.
