? about website, I lost my cards to sign on

We were in the middle of moving into an apartment after selling our house. Most of our stuff is in storage because we move into the new house in about two weeks. I decided to log on and check out the new website, but can't find my cards that we sent to me with my username and password. Can I call member services and get a new one, or am I just out of luck?

Yes you can call MS. On the card is says to call them if you have any problems. I would say losing the password qualifies.

How long does it take to get the website info from the time you get the letter stating you have been accepted in this great club .. lol ?? I have my temp membership card now..

tc - just noticed that there's a number to call on teh website (login screen) if you did not get your mailings. (That would likely work for lost cards too).

offtheice - most of us were members before the website change and got our mailings before the change happened. I'd recommend calling MS or the number on the login screen.
