? about tuperware & Mypoints

Ok I FINALLY got the email for 500 pts at tupperware from mypoints. I ordered something small, and now it is showing points pending for 2pts per $ on what I bought. When will I get the 500pts? do I have to forward the confirmation or what? Please Help!!

UGH! that didnt happen with me. I went through the email also, but no screen popped up! I guess I will try to contact mypoints and see if they will do anything.
