Has concierge for the Tower Club contacted you before your stay? My friend is staying there next week and CRO told her that she does not have concierge services?????? Has something changed? Thanks, Laurie

We got an itinerary planner about 2 weeks before our stay. We also got a post card from the manager of the CR the same day saying how much they were looking forward for our arrival.
