about to book Memories wedding

I'm scheduled to call DFTW on June 16 to book our December 16 VR with the memories package. Is there anything I need to have ready for that first phone call?

DH did the phone calls to set ours up. He gave his basic info to the person who answered the phone then our planner called him back that afternoon. I believe he had to give the dates of our stay and which resort we were going to be at in addition to our time/date/location preference for the VR so she could check availability. As soon as we locked in our slot they sent us an email asking for detailed contact info, name of the person financially responsible and details on our resort stay (including our confirmation number) - so you will have to have your resort booked in order to complete that.
