? about tickets given to participants of Disney Performing arts program?

My son is traveling to DL/DCA with his high school band.
They will be perfoming one of the mornings they are there.

They will have time on of the three days to just enjoy the parks.

Will they have regular 3 day park hopper tickets or are they issued a special group rate ticket for this program?

We are going - NOT as chaparones - and want to keep him for another day and travel back with us.

Can I just add a 4th day onto his ticket or will it be a special rate one and I will have to buy a new one day pass?

I take my dancers every other year as part of the Performing Arts Program. We get tickets at a special price for our students. If they are three days or longer they are park hoppers. They would be able to add extra days on to them at the park. Pretty sure you would not have to buy a new one day pass.

But they would pay the difference from the special price to the regular price for a 4 day, right? If there's a big enough discount, it may be more cost effective to buy the one day.

It's cheaper to upgrade to a four day than buy a separate one day pass. According to my information it is $58 to make the three day a four day. A one day pass would cost $99.
