? about the weight ticker (not heart)

I got this cool ticker off of Choosing 2 lose and love it. Wondering how to move the flower when I lose a pound. Do I need to go back and recopy and paste each time? Help from the experts please.

I think you have to go back and recreate with the new weight and repaste.
