I would like to know the guy that is in all of the other Pixar movies playing Ham, the ring leader guy, ham again, Mr. Ray, the snowman person, forgot what he did in the INCredibles, and he was LM semi thing

What does that guy play in the new rat movie if anybody knows

According to IMDB, John Ratzenberger plays a character named Mustafa. I saw the movie already (during the sneak preview) and I thought I heard his voice twice, but it was two different characters. Whatever role he has in the movie, it's a very minor one.

John Ratzenberger is the actor you're looking for. He's been in all the Pixar movies to date. He played Hamm in both Toy Story movies, Mack in Cars, the Abominable Snowman in Monsters, Inc., P.T. Flea in A Bug's Life, the Underminer in The Incredibles, and the school of fish in Finding Nemo.

He's the waiter in the new one, and the underminer at the end of The Incredibles. At the end of Cars you can see a cool spoof on the fact that he's been in every Pixar movie made so far.

I just saw that spoof yesterday and it was really good. He's a great voice actor and I think it's neat they keep casting him in their films.
