?? about the current incentive

I have read on another post that the matching developer points were for 100 point new contracts as well but I have not yet been able to confirm this with my guide. I have left 2 messages but no all back. does anyone know for sure?

I just added on another 100 points at BLT today and I got 100 developer points.

It`s true! We just received the call this afternoon from our guide that we have been matched with developer points on our 160 point contract that`s payable on November 12th.

I know there are developer points for 100 point add-on's and 160 point new contracts, but I need to know if the developer points apply to 100 point new purchase. I'm not a DVC member yet and have been waiting patiently to see if the incentives will get better. I want to start at 100 points and then add on later at a diffreent resort. If it does apply to the 100 point new purchase then it will be a done deal for me .I will make the call on Monday to buy or better yet when my guide calls me back

The minimum you can buy for a new contract is 160 pts.

I'm new too and my guide told me yesterday that I can buy 100 points at AKV, but the only incentive I would get is the $6.25 per point, that the developer points are for the 160 or more purchases. I ended buying yesterday 160 points, so I got the $6.25 plus the developer points.

The offer you mentioned I believe ended September 20.

no, as far as I know there was never matching developer points for 100 point new contracts. someone had posted somewhere else that it was for new contracts as well but I have yet to speak with my guide to confirm this. Too bad it's not for new contracts... it was the push I needed and I was going to buy right now. now I'm just irritated

well I spoke with my guide today and the developer points are only for 160 point new contractd and 100 point add-on's. Oh well, none for me. I just don't know what the big deal is ..why not? why not offer for the 100 pointer's. I'm sure they must have data.. data that says once a DVC member they add on within x amount of years so why not get as much people as we can? and I really donlt understnd the price per point going up. I get not going down in price but this whole price increase is really puzzling me given attendance is low blah blah blah
