I am considering booking an ADR there, even though we are not huge seafood lovers, I know the kids would love eating at the aquarium. From the pictures I can see it looks like all the tables right next to the tank are for 2...are there any table for 4 right next to the glass?

never mind, found more pictures and there are clearly tables for 4 by the glass.

There are tables for 4 around the aquarium. We sat there for my daughter's 4th birthday and she loved it. They had the divers that came down with signs back then so she was more than surprised:)

Last time we were there it was a table for 4 right next to the glass. Have no idea :confused3 how we got so lucky to sit right next to the glass but I am not sure I would want to go again if you don't sit right up next to the glass.

That's funny, I thought all the tables closest to the aquarium were four top. Any who, the one we sat at was a four top. :lovestruc If your requesting a table near the aquarium, then you may have a fairly long wait. I think the only reason we got that table (and the wait was about an hour) was due to the wonderful lady who use to work there....Ms. Debbie, she helped me set up a diver to surprise my daughter with a Happy Birthday sign.
I wish they still had the divers, I think it got out to so many people the requests became to over whelming.

As for the seafood you don't care for....you can order the steak, chicken or short ribs! :thumbsup2 If I'm correct... one of the more well known chef's in WDW is working there now, so I'm sure your food will be great. :cloud9: The appies are good and so is the soup, maybe this will help you out with what to order.
When we went I think my DH had the steak and was very happy with it, our meal was very good and I went in not knowing (the same as you) how it would turn out. I believe the rating on Allears was about the same then as now. Have a great time, don't worry about the food and just enjoy the atmosphere, it sooo beautiful there.

We had a table for 2 next to the glass, I think the tables can be pulled apart, they can be 2 tables for 2 or 1 table for 4. All other tables are tiered at different levels and face the acquarium. It may be easier to get a table at the glass with 2 people because I think but not sure all other tables hold 4 or more.
