We have flights reserved in August for 5 people. Now one of them is unable to go due to a new job. WHat exactly happens with the ticket? Do i call swa and tell them that the individual will no longer be able to fly, but what happens from there? It is a non refundabe ticket so i know i don't get money back, but is that ticket able to be used at a later date? TYIA
