will medium sized suitcases fit under the bed in a value studio? In case we get a room without a closet, I'm thinking this will be the only place to store them.

I don't think you can put anything under the beds, or maybe I just wasn't smart enough to think of it! I've been in value studios a few times and I've always found somewhere to keep the suitcases. There have only been 2 of us, so 2 roll-on carry on sized bags are what I found places for.

I know that at BLT beds are on a platform which is the same for CBR and CSR, so you can't place anything beneath the bed. If you are in a bedroom that connects to a 1BR (a lock off unit), then I would expect that you'll have room next to the interconnecting door to place the luggage that's where we stored ours while staying at BLT.

:) Ditto at AKV, there was room by the interconnecting door for our check in bags and a collapsible clothes hamper. Worked out great. We were in a SV studio at Kidani.

We were in a value studio in Jambo and our suitcases fit under the sink.

You could give your suit cases to bell services once they are empty and let them store them for the week. it would cost a little extra in tips but it might be worth it if space is tight. ;)

I don't know about a value studio, but in a regular studio at AKV (both Jambo & Kidani) we slid the Pack & Play under the bed.

Note that the Pack & Play "just fit" under the bed. Anything higher would not have fit.

Great idea! Thanks everyone. If we get a dedicated studio, would we have that space that would be near the connecting door?
