? about spa Rainforest

Can someone please explain to me how the Rainforest in the spa works? Is it like a sauna? Do you wear your bathing suit? How long do you stay in?

You stay in as long as you liked. There are three showers (two are scented), a sauna, and two steam rooms (also scented). In additon, there are four heated tile loungers. I have photos on my website at www.castawayclub.com
It is co-ed, so swimwear is required.

It is $15.00 a day but they do packages for the 7 day cruise. It is well worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone.
