? About Southwest Discount on Tickets

I see that Southwest rapid rewards members can get a 20% discount on Seaworld tickets. Do these tickets qualify for the second day free promotion? Thank you!

I was able to do that, but it was 4 years ago.

We were at SW Orlando last week. You can use the 20% rapid rewards discount off a basic one day ticket only. Once you are thru the gate you can go to the guest services window and exchange it for the 2nd day free ticket at no charge. You can not use the discount off any other type of ticket ie the fun card (unlimited visits for one year)

Do you have to purchase the tickets in advance or do you buy them at the window and show your rapid rewards card?

I bought mine at the window.

I called and asked about this and you must buy them at the gate. You cannot buy them before hand and you must have your rapid rewards card to show as well ( you can print it at home when you sign up and they will take that.)
