??? About Smoking Buildings At Poly

Are the smoking buildings fully smoking or do they have certain parts or rooms that are still non, within the smoking building? We had originally requested a nonsmoking room with a balcony, preferabley in Fiji. Since Fiji is closed we were given Samoa which I was under the impression is smoking. When we got to our room, not only didnt it smell of smoke or have any ashtrays , but we had the most wonderful view. It definitely worked out for the best, but I wonder if the room was smoking or non.
