Can you get burgers for supper? I didn't see any listed on the dinner menu so I didn't know if you can still order them or not.

Yes you can. My BIL had a burger for dinner in Nov. It is not listed on the dinner menu but we just asked if they had them and they certainly did. He said it was pretty tasty!!

Just remember that portions here have always been HUGE so plan accordingly - DH and I usually split something and then order an extra drink.

Thanks. I was really looking forward to a burger there after seeing some of the pics in the food thread but the only time we can fit it in was for a supper.

While we're on the subject of sci fi-I really wanted to try this place for lunch but I have a very sensitive 4 year old-just wondering what kind of movie clips are playing during the meal? He's easily scared . Thanks

I found them all to be very lighthearted and quick snippets of movies. It was more like continuous commercials running. My 2yo was a little hesitant at first just because of the darkness, but there is so much to look at I don't think the clips will bother him. The volume is low too.

We always order burgers when we go there for dinner---they're really good too.

As for the movies--there might be a quick scene or two that might be a tad troublesome, but for the most part, he should be ok. It's just a lot of cheesy 50s movie clips.

Be sure to keep an ear open though---you'll hear a lot of the CMs reciting the lines, which never fails to make us laugh.

Its very cute - I would suggest that you stand inside the entrance for a couple of minutes to let your eyes adjust to the dark inside of the building. Then when they walk you to "your car", you'll be okay and see that's its really quite light inside. The inside of the cars are lit up as well so he should be fine! Be sure to get him the special cup with the light-up ice cubes - they're extra $$$ but so much worth it!
