We'll be going 8/25 to 8/27 to HRH and I will have an ECV with me, what Tower or room should I request. I would prefer a ground floor where I don't have to use the elevator. I am getting a deluxe queen room (upgraded thanks to LF), are there any on the ground floors? We also can request a suite upgrade for $35 if they are available, would they be on the ground floor? Anyone know this or where I could find out? TIA :thumbsup2

there aren't any towers, the HRH is one big hotel. Instead of asking for a specific room, just call and ask that you be placed in a room on the ground floor. What is a ECV? If it is a electrical mobility chair (guessing here) then I know that the elevators will accommodate them as I have seen them outside of rooms on the upper floors.

Yes, the ECV is what you describe, thanks. I know that the elevators accomodate them but I'm not that good of a driver :scared1: to back up and such, I always wait until an empty one comes so I can maneuver it correctly without making anyone wait (or hit anyone by mistake), thats why I asked about the ground floor. Does anyone know if there are deluxe queen rooms on the ground floor?

Also, I've been reading the current threads and the ground floors seem to be for the guests with pets? My nephew has allergies and that would not do, so, if they are usually used for pets than I'll have to get the upper floors. Anyone know this for sure?:confused3

first floor at hrh is where pets can be in the rooms.

call hrh and have them put on your ressie you have pet allergies.
you will not be placed on the floor with animals then.

i was moved a few years ago when i received first floor.
i learned then, to put that note on my ressie when i book.
