? about room rate

I called last night to see what it would cost for us to go in August with the new Visa discount vs waiting and hoping for a fd code in Nov/Dec. I had an 'ok' cm but when she gave me the price she said to me, "Keep in mind that is only for right now, it could be different tomorrow". Why is that? If I call back for the same dates in a few days it could be a new price?

She was probably referring to availability. What she quoted you last night might not be available should you call back later to book. Availability changes constantly (especially with discounts), so your resort and/or room type might be gone when/if you call back or it might still be available. The price will change if a higher room category is the only thing available for your dates. With that said, it's always best to book and pay the deposit just in case as you can always cancel.
