? about resizing images from photobucket

First of all, to those that are creative and talented enough do do these awesome DISigns, thank you, thank you, thank you! I am jealous of your talents!

I am trying to make some autograph books for my boys using donatalie's images from photobucket. Everytime I try to put these into a book format ie. shutterfly, the sizing is off. How do I save these images to say 5x7?
