"Not Complete" means you haven't done them yet.
This is a feature I like about QR. It's easy to keep up with exactly what offers you've done over time, because as you finish one and are credited for it, the "not complete" will change to "Completed".
The main thing to remember is that once you click on an item and go on to complete it, be sure to GO BACK to the Quick Rewards page and 'Refresh" the page. When you do this you'll notice that the "Not complete" changes to "Confirm". Now click on the "Confirm" and a new browser will open with box. In this box you'll find out what you have to do to get credited ~ usually it'll say 'forward a copy of the confirmation' or 'what email did you use'.
