? about POP and GardenGrocer

When I get to my room at POP, if I call the front desk and my GG stuff is already there, will the CM bring to my room for me or do I have to get it myself?

i saw this garden grocer thing on another thread and i was wondering if you could explain it to me. how does it work and what exactly is it?

Hi

We have used this service which is essentially order by phone or on line groceries for delivery to your resort.

We placed an on-line order before we arrived and the groceries were delivered direct to our room at a time slot we chose - frozen in a cool box - all good quality and fresh.

Placed a second order half way through our stay and again prompt delivery and this time they even unpacked and checked off order.

Would recommend them for good quality and service.

I wouldn't recommend them at all. They have horrible customer service and are spotty about delivering on time.

Hi we just got back from pop last night and we used Garden Grocer and it was delivered to our room the day we arived with no problems,they also will hold any cold items for you until they are ready to deliver to your room....the only thing is we ordered to much and had to throw away alot the day we left...just keep in mind your DDP snack credits for doughnuts and and water when we checked out we still had about 5 credits left...but a quick tip you can use unused snack credits for pins.
