First, yes, they are clearly marked. Simply follow the overhead signs.
Second, if you are going to a resort, make sure to board the resort monorail. The order of the stops are as follows (clockwise around 7 Seas Lagoon): TTC, Poly, GF, MK, CR, and back to TTC. The narrator will tell you where you are, though it is pretty obvious. I love the narrator, "Please stand clear of the doors" If you want to listen to all kinds of monorail sounds, go to
http://www.wdisneyw.co.uk/sounds.html and make sure to scroll down to "Other" which is where the monorail sounds are.
If you are going straight to MK, take the express monorail. It goes counter-clockwise and passes through CR but does not stop there.
Finally, if you are going to Epcot, you can park right there at Epcot. No need to go to the TTC then monorail to Epcot.
