I'm new around here so I went onto my profile and was randomly pushing buttons and some how got rid of my about me tab. How can I get it back?

Well, I'm stumped! I can't figure out what you did. But try this:

Go to User CP
Select Profile Privacy
Check your settings-- particularly your About Me and see if they say Everyone

Let me know if that shows anything.
