A friend of mine decided to check on the DCL for her family and called Disney directly. They gave her a quote and told her they could her it for 1 week.

If she decides she doesn't want it, does she need to call them back and tell them, or does it just automatically get canceled at the end of the week?

Thanks,
DJ

It is automatically cancelled if she doesn't call...she didn't need to give them credit card info, and hasn't been billed anything. If she doesn't call, she will lose the rate and any cabin they are holding. She can always call back, but they may have raised the rate or her cabin may not be available.

Thanks, I will let her know. I have always used a TA before and never 'held' a quote (was always ready to book), so I wasn't sure how this worked. I knew she would have to call back with a credit card number if she wanted to keep it, just didn't know what she had to do if she didn't want it.

Thanks again!

DJ
