I used DU to plan for my honeymoon trip to WDW back in 2002. Is DU still in good business as before? Planning to take my family of 4 to WDW after 13 years.... TIA

They sponsor this site. I have heard no concerns. Never used them but would certainly consider in the future.

I use DU to book all my Disney cruises. I've never had a problem and find my TA helpful and knowledgable. I think most communication is through email and that may be off-putting to some. It never bothered me any; I prefer email.

They have helped with most all of my trips. I get quick responces to my e mails and I've referred other friends who have all been satisified!!

I have used them a few times- a couple for a cruise and 3 for Disney trips- For one of my cruises a discount rate became available and they got me the discount and just today I get an email from my dreams agent with the subject "good news"- seems a promo was released today for the time I am going that I didn't even know about and they got me a upgraded room plus a nice discount on the trip!! I would not hesitate to use them again!
