POR has bike and boat rentals.
POR's bayou section has 16 buildings that are 2 stories. Disney does not provide elevators in 2 story buildings.
POR's mansion section is composed of 4 large buildings. The center of the buildings are 3 stories - there are elevators. The wings of the buildings are 2 stories - no elevators. However, you can use the elevator in the center of the building to get to the 2nd floor of the wings.
If you want a mansion building, request Magnolia Terrace or Oak Manor. Request a wing room near the river. You will be close to the main pool and the main building.
If you want a bayou room, request buildings 14, 15, and 27. If you are a smoker request 18.
POR is a beautiful resort with a southern theme. I feel that POR is much smaller landwise because CSR's lake is huge. CSR is a beautiful resort however. I really like the Casitas section at CSR. The only deterents to CSR can be the conventioneers and the higher food court prices. Otherwise, it is a nice resort.
You can't go wrong with either CSR or POR. I vote for POR!
