? about cruise documents

I'm filling out my cruise docs and there is the one you fill out with your credit card # and list all the people who are charging to your card (which would be DH, DD & DN). My question is, do I need to fill this in this same ifo and CC# on everyones documents... including the children?

If everyone in your party will be paying via the same card then you only need to complete one with credit card info for your entire stateroom.
