? about CRO vs. WDTC (including online?)

Help! DH decided to tell me last night (when I couldn't do anything about it) that we CAN go in December, so I need to book quickly with one of the resorts that have discounted rooms left.

It seems as if I read recently on here that the inventory is different for AP and public code rooms depending on if you go through CRO or WDTC. Also, if I book online, isn't it WDTC -- will that be yet a different inventory?

I need to book a room only, but want the option of cancelling 5 days out and only puting up a deposit and paying when I get there instead of paying it all up front.

I should know this -- but now I"m confused. (I'm always confused, but this is important, lol!)

Can't help you there but if someone can, perhaps they could also post the different phone numbers for the two?
I always call the 407 W Disney is that CRO or is that WDTC? and what is the other number?

I believe your only option at this time is to call and book a Room Only. Currently booking a Room Only on-line is WDTC, and will follow their cancellation and payment policies.
(Although I don't know the cancellation/payment details if you booked through a TA/AAA Room Only.)

Thanks, Luvs2roam -- I was thinking the same thing. I need for us to decide exactly when we are going -- I'm about to go nuts trying to figure that out. I just want a trip booked -- don't really care when it is, lol!

Mickiethepooh -- all I have is the 407 Disney number too. I'm not sure there is a specific other number for WDTC -- but I believe if you book a package, it's always through WDTC.

Too many variables for me today.
