Ok, it's a couple of questions.
First, is there a timeframe for booking a hotel in the collection (should we have booked by now for a trip in the end of July?)
Second, anyone stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Washington DC? Looks great from the website, but I have a fear that we'll get stuck in a tiny room next to the boiler room because we aren't "paying" guests.
