I just receive confirmation in the mail that we have been switch to two non stop flights for our trip in December which is great with me however they do not have any seating assignments on them what does that mean as I am flying with two small children who need to each be by a parent and do I now need new e tickets or is my itinerary enough? Also I am booked through a travel agent can I call the airline direct with questions regarding my flights such as seating or do I have to deal with travel agent as I had already requested peanut free flights due to child with severe peanut alergy and now with the flight change I want to know for myself that this request has been noted.
