? about calling to see if I have a PIN

I called yesterday to see if I have a PIN attached to my name-I don't But I was wondering what is the easiest way to do this. Do I have to go through the whole thing with pushing buttons and spelling my name, etc. every time I call?

I wish there was a way to find out online, but I guess then the CM wouldn't be able to try to talk you into making a res

Well, funny thing. When I did this same thing the other day (sadly no pin...) the CM thanked me profusely for properly entering all that information. I replied, "What do people just hit zero zero zero until they get a person?" Well, yes...

Made me think of this news report I heard once where a guy went through 800# after 800# to determine just how many times he'd have to hit zero before speaking to someone. It works 99% of the time for me, but since she thanked me, maybe I'll continue to enter the info the proper way

She also mentioned a code would be released this month - didn't say if it was an individual pin code or perhaps the rack rate discount release, but she did say to keep checking.
