? about booking adr's ?

I was thinking that budget permitting I book a Dec vacation (12-17 to 12/23) but the thing is if I can get the package it would be fairly last minute since I would be using a bonus check. & unfortunately I can't book it early because I am depending on the bonus check to pay the vacation. If I included the dining package how hard would it be to get adr's with say a week's notice ? We aren't picky about the times or restaurants but there are a few we'd really like to eat at (i.e. Le Cellier, O'hana's, Sci-Fi). Is this a recipe for disaster or can we expect to be able to make some reservations ? Early dinners or late lunches aren't a problem because we're going with a 3 year old who sleeps in late. Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated. Thanks ! :

Well I suggest just going ahead and making your adr's. You do NOT need a hotel reservation to go ahead and make them. Especially with the dining plan taking place it may be difficult if impossible to walk up or call with a little in advance. I would jump on it too as that is a pretty packed time of year. I would make them tomorrow. Le Cellier may already booked solid for dinner because it sells out very fast for the candle light processional package.

P.S. I noticed that you are a florida resident as am I. There are florida resident rates out right now for discounted rooms. I dont think you can combine the dining plan with a room only at a discounted rate. You should considor which will be more savings.... room discount, or dining plan savings. Also you are eligible for the disney dining experience card that will save you 20% on most sit down meals including alcohol.
