? About bell services at OKW

Hello OKW Experts! We will be visiting our new home, OKW, in a grand villa in November. Did I mention we'll be staying in a GRAND VILLA? I have one question: We stayed at Dixie Landings once and they had little golf carts to take us and our luggage to our room. Does OKW have something like this? We'll be traveling with a small child plus two seniors and this would take away one of my few concerns for the trip.

Very simple answer for you. Yes they have these carts. Oh, by the way, what type of accomodations do you have? LOL You should love the Grand Villa - they are spectacular.

Yes bell services at OKW has golf carts and a brand new mini van. When we were there last Thanksgiving, we got in early, so we had bell services store our luggage and groceries even though we had rented a mini van. When we returned from shopping and lunch bell services said they would take our luggage to our unit for us. They offered to take us up as well so my folks and the rest went in that new van with Dave from bell services. He is a delight, great service, brought in all the bags for 8 of us, showed us how everything works and got maintenance to change a burned out light bulb in the kitchen. They are great folks. Have a wonderful time.
