? about AP's

I renewed our AP's about a month ago over the phone with MS. I never received anything by mail or email. Should I have? Also I went to to the passholder section on WDW website and tried looking under my account there. I can't even put in our old passholder info. Do the numbers change when you renew? I chose the pass that looks like ours but the the error message keeps telling me the info I put in does not match their records.

This is one of the glitches in the system we had to deal with. A minor inconvenience. I'll assume they provided you with an order confirmation number for your APs. When you pick up your new AP then you'll have the magic numbers you need to access the AP website. If you contact member services and ask they will send you an email with the confirmation number, etc. However you still will not be able to access the AP website without your "Official" AP numbers. All I can say is been there, done that . . . it is a bit aggravating.
 
You should have gotten a will call code over the phone, if you didn't pay the fee to have a voucher mailed. Unless the procedure has changed.
