Hi everyone,

Were checking into BWV next week and have been debating annual passes. If we purchase online, I know we have to go to Guest Services at the park to pick them up. Are the hours for Guest Services the same as the park opening hours? Does it take awhile for them to print them up? I'm just asking because I'd like to pick them up the evening before we go to the park the next morning to beat the rush? It's been a few years since we've had annual passes.

Thanks for the help and info.

You can pick them up right at the front of any park or at GS in Downtown Disney as well. As far as I know they open right when they start letting people line up to enter the park in the mornings. They print up pretty quickly - only takes a few minutes.

It only takes a few minutes, and you can do it either at DTD or at any of the parks GS locations outside the turnstiles. We usually go to the park for rope drop and exchange our vouchers before entering. It only takes as long as it takes to have them check IDs and member cards etc. They print up instantly once they have your information.

Thanks for the replies. I'm assuming it'll be quicker if I purchase online and just redeem them at guest services?

Tx again.

Only by the amount of time it would take them to process your credit card payment.

I don't know if this is old news, but I have just recently purchased our DVC annual passes at the Guest Services/Concierge at BWV. I always ask when I'm ready to buy/renew and I always expect them to say no. But two weeks ago, I was able to purchase them at the resort. I was so excited and I told the CM how glad I am we can do that now. She said that it's something that just started. It was very quick.

So, just in case you didn't know ----you can purchase them at the resorts now!:thumbsup2

Thanks for posting. This is exactly what MS told me when I talked to them a week or so ago. But, everyone was very hesitant to believe it..as was I!!!!
My dh's AP was renewed on that call...the MS CM told me he could pick it up right at AKL when we got there...news to me. I'll be renewing mine before the end of this month so it's nice that we can pick them up right at the resort.

I just wanted to make sure that there are no blackout dates for DVC AP, right? I saw that spring break is a black out period and so is most of summer but I bought my passes at the end of June. It would be a drag to arrive for a spring break trip and access to WDW denied!:scared1:

woohoo I purchased mine on-line but wasn't looking forward to going to guest svcs at the park to pick up. Glad to know I can pick up at OKW now.

The FL Resident Seasonal & FL Resident Weekday Passes have backout dates, Annual Passes do not.

I will definitely get our new ones when we check in at BWV in Sep. I will, however, ask that the APs be put on different cards from our room keys.

Be sure to have your DVC Member card with you. We purchased our AP's on-line and exchanged the voucher for the AP's at MK Guest Services. It took a little longer for us because we also added on the ITW card.
