?? About Annual Dues Statment

We received our Annual Dues Statment for 2008. We have ours taken out monthly and these started last Feb. We bought into DVC the end of Jan. 07. Okay I was thinking these dues would go up each year. Well if I am reading this statement correctly mine are going down 39 and some change. Would this be right???? Is there a mistake?

My dues went down as well which is really nice with everything else in the world going up in price. Enjoy the savings and your DVC!

Dues went up but they collected too much last year for estimated property taxes (turned out to be less than estimated) and thus a credit for the overage this year.

Just got my statment today, and my payment is going down $45 a month!

Just curious at which resort(s) did the overestimate by that Much???

Fot My OKW 230 points , I overpaid $19 in taxes , there is a $30 credit for the Extension thing, after the increase my payment went don 70 cents a month.
