? about an ad

There was an ad in the paper for a job and listed was must be fully bondable. Can anyone tell me what this means? Thanks in advance.

I guess more or less, have a clean record and able to go to the police station, run prints, records etc to have you on file. I had to get "bonded" back in the early 90's when I was getting a job at an alarm company.
