? about AKL in-room dining

I was just looking at Deb Wills' site and saw that AKL in-room dining offers a Banana Stuffed French Toast . The description reads:
Banana Stuffed French Toast - French toast stuffed with bananas and cinnamon, served with syrup and butter $9.99

Has anyone tried it and if so, is it the same as the Tonga Toast at the Poly?

I've haven't had the tonga toast yet, but I've had the bannana stuffed french toast from room service at AKL and it was yummy. Don't use syrup until you've tasted it without as it's plenty sweet enough.

I haven't tried Tonga Toast either (but I will when I'm at the Poly in January) but I had the banana stuffed french toast at the BC one morning when we ordered breakfast in the room. It was wonderful. The only hitch was that my goddaughter only liked the cheap "pancake syrup" and wouldn't even try the real maple syrup. The CM was absolutely incredible. She went and found rice syrup for the kid and brought us fresh, hot servings of toast as well. Only one of the many reasons I like WDW.

My DH had the banana stuffed french toast and thought it was very good but not quite the same as Tonga toast.
Room service breakfast was on of our splurges on our trip to AKL. It was wonderful. We timed it to arrive at sunrise and sat out on our balcony to eat breakfast and watch the animals.
