? about additonal pts

i need 34 points to have enough pts to stay at Bcv of bwv next Aug. How many 1 time use pts can I buy through Dvc or shoud i rent ahead of time through davids rental. if i cant het in to those, we will stay at akv our home resort

You can make a singe purchase of one time use points during a use year and purchase up to 24 one time use points for $15 per point.

you cannot "rent pts", technically. either

1) david brokers a deal and another DVC owner (at BCV or BWV) makes a reservation, and you rent that reservation (which you do not own and have no control over), or

2) you get a transfer of pts from a BCV or BWV owner, and you use those pts at those home resorts at 11 months out to make a reservation that you control.
