Able to cancel one person from CRT reservation?

Since CRT is prepaid, can I modify my reservation and be refunded for the one person not going? There is one person that is not sure if they can make on the trip and I want to make sure it's possible to modify and be refunded,

The reservation will go from 4 to 3 people if that makes a difference.

About 2 years ago I had reservations for 4, but my son & DIL decided not to go. I wasn’t able to change it online & the phones were crazy waits at the time. A lobby CM at Riviera couldn’t change it either so he called the restaurant directly. They said just tell them when we check in which I did. The check in said no problem. I told the server when she first greeted us, she was very nonchalant about it, gave me the impression it wasn’t unusual for that to happen. We even had an AP discount to deal with. She refunded the 2 guests to our credit card when she ran the bill.

You can either call it in ahead of time or they can remove the person at the podium.
