ABD add on for DCL

Does anyone know if all cruises have a ABD add on available?

If not, is there a list available, what are the costs?

They offered an add on for the Alaska and Mediterranean sailings. I'm guessing it would run into the high end of the excursion costs if you were purchasing them a la carte.

I haven't used the add ons, but I've done an ABD trip and have another one planned in a few months. I would probably want to try the ABD add ons for the cruises if I was on a sailing that offered them.
