Alright... according to my 5th grade English teacher, a PROPER NOUN is a "specific person, place, or thing". In other words, one that has a NAME. "Ice cream" won't cut it for this one. Examples of proper nouns found in Disney: Belle as opposed to "princess", Animation Courtyard as opposed to "cartoon", and Teppan Edo as opposed to restaurant or sushi. Does that make sense?


So.... in my improbable, implausible, and inexplicable leniency, I'm going to let anyone who didn't submit a PROPER NOUN word for your second part of Letter I, you may re-submit an answer.

Oh Gosh, do I ever have a full weekend!! Tonight we start out with about 10 youth descending upon our house to watch The Count of Monte Cristo (which also means a whole bunch of cleaning), tomorrow a WHOLE bunch of yard work and Mikki's real birthday (we're having a giant, and elegant party for both girls on the 28th), and Sunday I get to pick up Andrew from the airport. The household is all abuzz about him coming home!!

It will be good! Already did some handstitching on this dress of mine, the girls are cleaning, and now I'm going into town to rent the movie. Off to a great start!!!

I may not have gotten the answer right, but I did know what a proper noun was. Bonus to having a second grader I guess .

I agree with both of you fine gentlemen. I racked my brains too, even pulled up those trusty park maps and still I'm feeling rather stumped! (I should hope I know what a proper noun is considering the fact I'm teaching my own children!) Still, I'm stumped on what the letter "I" is that I'm missing. Liesa, how about a hint? I am seriously stumped on this proper noun "I" though. Now I'm thinking that maybe I'm in the wrong theme park too!
