I read on one of the earlier threads about ABC changing their parking policy with hotel packages. I thought you would be interested to hear about my outcome with the company. I booked a room/parking with ABC extras when they still had the contract with parking express. I know this because when I booked I checked that this was the case. When I heard about the change in contracts I phoned ABC extras, who confirmed the parking had changed and that was that! Well I kicked up a fuss and stated that I was told Parking Express when I booked. After I said that I would cancel rather than park in their new parking lot, the person I spoke said that he would ask his manager and phone me back. He phoned back and said that they would honour my booking with parking express. They sent out two seperate vouchers one for parking and one for hotel only. So anyone who has booked when it was parking express might like to phone and ask for the same.
The customer service was good, but I am not sure that I would book again with them if they are not using parking express.
