Abbreviations and what they stand for?

Hi, I am new here but I do check in with what's new in the DISboards quite often... However, I find myself guessing a lot on what some of the abbreviations stand for like YOMD... ? Could anyone kindly clue me in on some of the abbreviations?

I have to laugh... reading the disboards can be a lot like reading a Tom Clancy novel.... you'd better be up on your acronyms!!!
