Does anyone own an ab lounge? I was wondering if it's any different than just doing crunches/sit ups on the floor. Any experiences?

TIA :thumbsup2

IMO, its a complete waste of money. It may be effective, but there are a million ways to work your abs without expensive equipment.

Hi-

I used my neighbor's ab lounger several times. I agree that you are best off saving your money. I recommend the plank position (using your own body for torture).

If you must buy something, I recommend an inflatable exercise ball or a weighted medicine ball. You can balance on the exercise ball to do your sit ups (using your core to balance) then take the weighted medicine ball in your hands and work on your obliques by slowly rotating your abs. I bet you could pick up both of these items for less than $60.

:wizard: Here's wishing for 6 pack abs!
